Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the provider and the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

By using our services and/or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Definitions

  • Provider: the party offering sports activities and/or selling sports products.

  • Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order or using the provider’s services.

  • Agreement: any agreement between the provider and the customer.

Article 3 – Offers and Formation of Agreement

  • All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

  • An agreement is formed at the moment the customer places an order and receives confirmation.

  • The provider reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment must be made using the available payment methods.

  • The provider reserves the right to change prices, without affecting orders that have already been placed.

Article 5 – Delivery of Products

  • Products are delivered within the stated delivery time.

  • Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.

  • The customer must inspect the product for visible defects upon receipt.

Article 6 – Services and Sports Activities

  • Customers participating in sports activities must comply with the applicable rules and guidelines.

  • The provider may refuse participation if rules are violated or safety is at risk.

  • The provider is not liable for personal injuries or damages incurred during participation, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

  • Customers who have purchased a product have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, the customer has 14 days to return the product.

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene products with broken seals

  • Digital products after delivery

  • Gift cards

Article 8 – Returns and Refunds

  • After receipt and inspection of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • If the product is damaged or used, a reduction in value may be charged.

Article 9 – Liability

  • The provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount of the order or service, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

  • Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the provider.

  • In case of force majeure, the provider is not obliged to fulfill obligations and may postpone or terminate the execution of the agreement.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including texts, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights.

  • Copying or distributing material from the website without prior permission is not allowed.

Article 12 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable period using the available contact options on the website.

  • The provider aims to handle complaints within 5 business days.

Article 13 – Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  • Disputes are submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
